How do I pay for my Products? 
 
PayPal is the most widely used online payment system, its secure, reliable and powered by Ebay.
 
Lost in the post?

Orders are sent by 1st Class post. Most items are usually in stock and will be posted the same or next day. Some items may take an extra couple of days.
Please check whether a card from Royal Mail has been left, or check at your local sorting office.
If your order has not arrived after 10 days please email us at ? call on ? quoting your order number.
 
Damaged goods?

If your product has been damaged in transit please email us at ? or call on ? quoting your order number.
 
Something Missing?

We always try to send your order complete subject to availability. Occasionally we send products separately to avoid delay.
Please note you will only be charged once for P&P. Please check the despatch note inside the package to see details of your order.

What is our Refund Policy?

Where products are faulty or damaged we will offer a replacement or refund. Please return the product with it's original packaging stating the reason for return. We will refund postage costs.
Where an item has been ordered in error we will refund the cost of the product minus a 20% administration charge. If you are unsure of a product’s suitability we will be happy to give you advice. Please note that all products must be unopened and fully sealed in original packaging. Any products without tamper evident seals are excluded from this offer for hygiene reasons. Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
If you have tried the product and are unhappy with the results please make sure that the product is suited to treating your skin's needs, and that you are following the directions given. We offer advice by e-mail and phone if you need help choosing the right products.
If you have purchased and used the product(s) as recommended by one of our advisors we will offer a replacement or refund. Please contact us to discuss your concerns as most problems are temporary and can be resolved with good results.
